MARSHALL — A Montevideo man, 33, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 9:55 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Village Drive and Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A juvenile male runaway reported at 9:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of North Minnesota Street was located, Marshall Police said. A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of charges in connection with the incident, Police said.

TRACY — An Iowa man 32, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 310th Avenue and U.s. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 62, was cited for shoplifting at 5:53 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An Echo woman, 30, was cited for operating an unregistered vehicle at 5:21 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and East Lyon Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Theft reported at 3:12 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
