MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 22, was arrested on a warrant at 2:50 a.m Wednesday on the 500 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 25, was cited for not wearing a seat belt at 12:16 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Elm Street and North Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 24, was bitten by a dog at 6:17 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of Donita Avenue, Marshall Police said. The dog was quarantined, Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 30, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — A scam was reported at 1:24 p.m. Tuesday on Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
