MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 44, was cited for a seat belt violation at 1:37 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 31-year-old motorist was cited for speeding at 5:18 a.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of charges of not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, in a traffic stop involving a 17-year-old Marshall boy at 1:28 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of North Whitney Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Vandalism reported at 10:07 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of South Fifth Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Willmar man, 19, was cited for driving after revocation and speeding at 12:10 a.m. Tuesday near Commencement Boulevard, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A property damage accident was reported at 8:46 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 10 and Lyon County Road 24, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. No injuries were reported, the Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a property damage accident at 3:04 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.
