TRACY — A report is pending on an order for protection violation at 9:13 p.m. Wednesday on the 2700 block of Lyon County Road 2, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of disorderly conduct charges against a 34-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman, in connection with an incident at 8:46 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Peterson Street and Sunrise Lane, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Balaton woman, 59, was cited for speeding at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 5 and Lyon County Road 20, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

BALATON– An Iowa man, 22, was cited for speeding at 1:21 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and Lyon County Road 7, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 45, was arrested for aiding an offender in a warrant pickup at 12:56 p.m. Wednesday on the 2600 block of Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

LYND — A South Dakota man, 51, was cited for having an unregistered vehicle in a traffic stop at 12:48 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 20, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

BALATON — A Luverne woman, 20, was cited for speeding at 12:41 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 140th Street and Minnesota Highway 91, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A violation of an order for protection reported at 12:14 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
