BALATON — Criminal sexual conduct reported at 9:09 a.m. Tuesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
GHENT — A South Dakota man, 34, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 6:33 a.m. Tuesday on the 1700 block of Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 9:11 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Eighth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MILROY — A Lamberton woman, 50, was cited for a stop sign violation at 3:56 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 6 and Lyon County Road 11, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A report is pending on a scam reported at 3:41 p.m. Monday on Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 1:52 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of Eighth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TAUNTON — A report is pending on a personal injury accident at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 380th Street and Lyon County Road 1, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
GARVIN — A single-vehicle accident with injuries was reported at 7:55 p.m. Monday at the intersection of 140th Street and Lyon County Road 69, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
