MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 41, was cited in a traffic stop at 12:44 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

BALATON —Â A male was arrested for suspicion of DWI at 12:29 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of 150th Street and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 49, was arrested for burglary at 7:28 p.m. Friday on the 500 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
LYND —Â Harassment reported at 6:24 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of St. Albans Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL —Â A trespassing notice was issued in a suspicious-person incident at 3:05 p.m. Friday on the 800 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MINNEOTA —Â Theft was reported at 11:10 a.m. Friday on the 3500 block of 160th Avenue, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — A driver was arrested for driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, intent to escape tax, and displaying license plates from another vehicle in a traffic stop at 6:53 a.m. Friday at the intersection of East Main Street and East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.
