MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 46, was arrested for violating a domestic abuse no-contact order in an incident at 9:52 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said. A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of DANCO violation charges, and a report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of violating conditions of release charges, Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 22, was cited for not having insurance in a traffic stop at 9:47 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of assault charges against a Walnut Grove man, 59, in connection with an incident at 6:21 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 80, was cited for failure to yield in connection with a two-vehicle crash at 5:17 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of West Main Street and Channel Parkway, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL — A report is pending on a traffic stop at 5:05 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 160th Avenue and Lyon County Road 2, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — Bicycle theft was reported at 4:29 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Harvey Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 40, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic stop at 2:33 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 74 and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A scam was reported at 2:25 p.m. Thursday on Heritage Circle, Marshall Police said.
