MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of domestic assault charges against two Marshall women, ages 25 and 27, in an incident at 1:20 a.m. Friday on the 600 block of Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A driver was cited for underage possession of alcohol, and their passenger cited for underage possession of marijuana, in a traffic stop at 10:27 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of instruction permit violation charges against a Marshall girl, 16, in a traffic stop at 9:53 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 41, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 3:27 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of West Main Street and North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Burglary reported at 10:00 a.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
