TRACY — An incident reported at 1:47 p.m. Friday on the 2000 block of 310th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — A civil matter was reported at 10:33 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
