MARSHALL — A 27-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 12:10 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Drive and Park Avenue, Marshall Police said.
COTTONWOOD — A Hanley Falls man, 19, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 10, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of property damage charges against a Marshall man, 41, in an incident at 9:11 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of tobacco violation charges against a Marshall boy, 15, in an incident at 5:48 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report is pending on a hit and run incident at 3:16 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — An incident reported at 2:48 p.m. Tuesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s office said.
MINNEOTA — Threats were reported at 12:54 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North Jackson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — Theft reported at 11:34 a.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of North Minnesota Highway 23 is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
