Crime for April 17

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 29, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and proof of insurance, in a traffic stop at 12:32 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Canoga Park Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Cottonwood man, 68, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 8:09 p.m Monday at the intersection of West Main Street and North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An Indiana man, 39, was arrested for violating a domestic abuse no-contact order, and providing a false name and date of birth to law enforcement, in an incident at 5:30 p.m. Monday on the 1000 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 1:38 p.m. Monday on the 800 block of Barstad Road is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — Theft was reported at 9:21 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Fourth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
