MARSHALL — Theft reported at 11:23 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
COTTONWOOD — A hit-and-run incident reported at 6:22 p.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of North Barstad Road is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A report is pending on an incident at 1:09 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 29, was cited for a hands-free device violation at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East College Drive and Park Avenue, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 35, was cited for a hands-free device violation at 11:31 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Third Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 29, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and current proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 12:32 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Canoga Park Drive, Marshall Police said.
