Crime and Accidents for April 10

MARSHALL — A suspicious incident was reported at 11:53 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall boy, 16, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 9:50 p.m. Monday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and Lucille Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A warrant pickup was reported at 9:25 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of Fourth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON — A report is pending on a violation of an order for protection at 6:15 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Eastbay Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on trafficway issues at 3:57 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 18, was arrested on a warrant in an incident at 9:22 a.m. Monday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. A report was also sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of charges of violating a no-contact order, Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A property damage accident was reported at 4:01 p.m. Monday on Madrid Circle, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
