MARSHALL — A Minneota man, 61, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and for violating conditions of his release in an incident at 10:32 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a scam at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday on Whitney Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 4:34 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 32, was arrested on a warrant,and for probation violation in an incident at 2:36 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a domestic incident at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday on the 1500 block of State Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Tracy man, 46, was arrested on a warrant and for parole violation in an incident at 1:49 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Assault reported at 1:04 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of West Greeley Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A suspicious person was reported at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West First Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 9:01 a.m. Wednesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Marshall Police assisted another agency with a cell phone extraction at 7:17 a.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 21, and a Marshall man, 35, were involved in a two-vehicle crash reported at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a property damage accident at 12:02 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 240th Street and Lyon County Road 67, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
