MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of charges in connection with a two-vehicle hit-and-run incident at 7:07 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of South Sixth Street and Kendall Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A driver was cited for an instruction permit violation in a traffic stop at 5:34 a.m. Thursday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Fairfax woman, 58, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 2:43 a.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A family matter was reported at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA — A public disturbance was reported at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of East First Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 1:53 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Main Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Morton woman, 34, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 1:36 a.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MINNEOTA — An incident reported at 1:01 p.m. Wednesday on the 1600 block of Lyon County Road 10 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A warrant pickup was reported at 11:05 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 bock of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A property damage accident was reported at 9:21 a.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of Cheryl Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A property damage accident was reported at 8:06 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Seventh Street and Monroe Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
