MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of charges of not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license against a juvenile female, in a traffic stop at 10:27 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Main Street and E Street, Marshall Police said. In the same incident, a Marshall man, 21, was also cited for allowing illegal operation of a motor vehicle, Police said.
RUSSELL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of terroristic threat charges against a juvenile Russell male, in connection with an incident at 6:19 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Front Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A New Ulm man, 36, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 3:24 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 26, was cited for violating a domestic abuse no-contact order at 2:59 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report is pending on an incident at 2:43 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
