MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 35, was cited for not having insurance in a traffic stop at 7:24 p.m. Monday on the 800 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A civil matter was reported at 7:22 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of domestic assault charges against a 33-year-old woman in an incident at 3:35 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 5:59 p.m. Sunday on the 700 block of East Fourth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYND — An incident reported at 9:02 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of River Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

BALATON — A trespassing incident reported at 11:46 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of South Mound Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

BALATON — A report is pending on a harassment incident at 7:06 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of North Lake Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MINNEOTA — Theft was reported at 4:28 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of West First Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — A hit-and- run incident was reported at 2:11 p.m. Friday on the 1100 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — A family matter was reported at 2:01 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL — One person was injured in a collision involving a vehicle and a male in a motorized wheelchair at 11:34 a.m. Monday at the intersection of South Bruce Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said. The person in the wheelchair was taken to Avera Marshall Medical Center with a possible serious injury, Police said.
