MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 19, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and not having insurance in a traffic incident at 12:30 a.m. Friday at the intersection of West Main Street and South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Parties in an assault incident reported at 7:17 p.m. Thursday on Carrow Circle were separated, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft of a debit card reported at 3:47 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A violation of a domestic abuse no-contact order was reported at 2:03 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Elm Place, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
BALATON — An incident reported at 1:50 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of South Washington Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — Damage to an electric wheelchair reported at 12:12 p.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious person was reported at 1:05 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of South Street and Eighth Street, Tracy Police said. No further informaiton was available.
