MARSHALL -- An adult male was bitten by a dog at 6:35 a.m. Thursday on the 700 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. The dog was placed on a 10-day in-home quarantine, Police said.

TRACY -- Criminal sexual conduct was reported at 12:32 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of North Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON -- A Byron man, 35, was arrested for driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, and on a Goodhue County warrant in an incident at 8:54 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 130th Avenue and U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff's Office said.

LYND -- An Oregon man, 38, was cited for speeding at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 200th Street and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff's Office said.

MARSHALL -- A Montevideo man, 20, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic stop at 7:59 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West Main Street and South Fourth Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Office said.

COTTONWOOD -- A scam reported at 5:22 p.m. Wednesday on Juno Lane is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Office said.

MARSHALL -- A Hanley Falls woman, 65, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 12:08 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of South O'Connell Street and North Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff's Office said.

MARSHALL -- A property damage accident reported at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of North U.S. Highway 59 is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL -- A two-vehicle crash was reported at 11:27 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Boyer Drive and East Main Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
