MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of disorderly conduct charges against a Marshall woman, 33, and a Marshall man, 18, in connection with an incident at 1:25 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall boy, 17, was cited for speeding and not using headlights at 11:03 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Main Street an North Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.
