MARSHALL — A Tracy woman, 22, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 11:59 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of South Minnesota Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A gas drive-off reported at 1:57 p.m. Sunday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN — A stolen vehicle reported at 1:33 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 14 and U.S. Highway 59 was located and released to its owner, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. The incident is under investigation, the Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges against a Marshall woman, 23, in an incident at 1:27 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — A Milroy man, 54, was cited for speeding at 9:34 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 9 and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — Assault was reported at 1:14 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Seventh Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A Lynd man, 52, was arrested for DWI and hit and run in an incident reported at 11:52 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL — A Lake Wilson man, 29, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident at 11:38 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 16, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of charges in an incident at 8:54 p.m. Saturday on the 1700 block of Thunderbird Road, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — A Balaton man, 43 was arrested for domestic assault at 6:08 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of South Summit Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was forwarded to the city attorney for consideration of charges in a theft incident at 11:01 a.m. Saturday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A domestic incident was reported at 5:57 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Elm Place, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 2:43 a.m. Saturday on the 400 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An animal bite incident reported at 12:36 a.m. Saturday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Watertown man, 18, was cited for using a fake I.D. to buy liquor at 4:43 p.m. Friday on the 2600 block of Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall boy, 16, went to the emergency room after a one-vehicle accident reported at 5:49 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of 300th Street and North Seventh Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 2018 GMC driven by a Marshall woman, 74, and a 2020 Jeep driven by an Aberdeen, S.D., woman, 26, were involved in a collision at 10:05 a.m. Saturday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
