MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideraiton of charges of possessing more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle, in a traffic incident at 11:30 p.m. Sunday at the interseciton of East Main Street and F Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Burglary was reported at 8:27 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 37-year-old man was cited for shoplifting in an incident at 11:47 a.m. Sunday on the 1500 block of Boyer Drive, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A suspicious vehicle was reported at 10:03 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of East Third Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON — A 52-year-old man was arrested for DWI at 1:02 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of 120th Street and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — A noise complaint was reported at 10:36 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of East Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 52-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault, assault, fleeing law enforcement, and obstructing legal process in an incident at 5:07 p.m. Saturday on the 2600 block of Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
