MARSHALL — A juvenile male was cited for driving without a license in a traffic incident at 11:01 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of school bus stop arm violation charges against a 17-year-old girl in connection with an incident at 5:41 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and West James Avenue, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 47-year-old man was arrested on a Lyon County warrant at 3:50 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Fifth Street, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — A family matter was reported at 2:24 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of Fifth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office assisted Marshall Police at 10:53 a.m. Tuesday, the Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — Criminal sexual conduct reported at 10:51 a.m. Tuesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
