MARSHALL — A 35-year-old woman was arrested for driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety in a traffic incident at 12:20 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Ash Drive and Lilac Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 25-year-old woman was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, and not having proof of insurance, in a traffic incident at 11:46 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and Carrow Street, Marshall Police said.

LYND — A 30-year-old man was cited for speeding at 11:07 p.m. Monday on the 2400 block of Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 47-year-old man was cited for not having current insurance in a traffic incident at 10:19 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Mustang Trail and McLaughlin Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 32-year-old man was arrested for DWI and open bottle at 9:28 p.m. Monday at the intersection of North Seventh Street and Kossuth Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 52-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman were served trespassing notices in an incident at 6:49 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of West Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 42-year-old woman was arrested on a Lyon County warrant, and for fleeing a peace officer, in an incident at 5:27 p.m. Monday on the 2300 block of Lyon County Road 67, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MINNEOTA — Trespassing was reported at 3:38 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of East First Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Bicycle theft reported at 1:28 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of East Southview Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 1:11 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 31-year-old woman was arrested for drug possession at 1:05 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
