Crime and Accidents for May 3

TRACY — An incident reported at 11:51 a.m. Monday in Tracy is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

GHENT — Burglary reported at 1:14 p.m. Monday on the 3000 block of 170th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — Theft of a package reported at 9:45 a.m. on the 400 block of Jewett Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is being sent to the city attorney for consideration of disorderly conduct charges on a 16-year-old boy in an assault reported at 10:24 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A family matter was reported at 11:23 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of Fifth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — A civil matter was reported at 1:03 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of East Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

REDWOOD COUNTY — A Milroy woman was injured in a rollover crash reported at 12:11 p.m. Monday on Minnesota Highway 19, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2021 Ram driven by Susan Stoppel was westbound on Highway 19 when it lost control and entered the North ditch causing the vehicle to roll, Patrol said. Stoppel was taken to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, Patrol said. The Redwood County Sheriff, Milroy Fire and Rescue and North Ambulance responded to the scene.
