BALATON — An incident reported at 2:10 a.m. Monday on the 1700 block of Lyon County Road 5 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges against a 21-year-old man and a 54-year-old woman, in connection with an incident at 9:28 p.m. Sunday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 27-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and not having insurance in a traffic incident at 1:31 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 26-year-old woman was cited for driving after revocation and not having proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 11:20 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of East College Drive and Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 29-year-old woman was cited for a hands-free device violation at 8:37 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Main Street and North Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.
COTTONWOOD — A suspicious incident reported at 8:49 p.m. Saturday on the 3100 block of Lyon County Road 10 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
GHENT — A domestic incident reported at 3:42 p.m. Saturday on the 3200 block of 180th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — Trespassing was reported at 1:24 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
COTTONWOOD — A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of school bus stop arm violation charges against a 16-year-old boy, in connection with an incident at 5:32 p.m. Friday at the intersection of East Second Street and East Cottonwood Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
