MARSHALL — Possible use of fake ID’s reported at 12:41 a.m. Friday on the 2600 block of Lyon County Road 8 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of assault charges against a 43-year-old woman, in a domestic incident at 10:19 p.m. Thursday on the 900 block of Pine Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of domestic assault charges against a 41-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man, in an incident reported at 5:42 p.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Assault was reported at 4:54 p.m. Thursday on the 700 block of South Fourth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An incident of a person failing to appear in court at 12:28 p.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 10:31 a.m. Thursday on West Vermillion Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a property damage accident at 7:25 a.m. Friday on Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A vehicle struck a pole in a crash reported at 7:49 a.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. The driver of the vehicle was taken to the emergency room by family for a possible minor injury, Police said.
