MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 25, was arrested for DWI and controlled substance possession at 12:57 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A female driver from Marshall was cited for failure to yield and failure to obey a traffic control device in connection with a two-vehicle crash at 6:20 p.m. Friday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. The driver who was cited also received minor injuries, Police said.

MARSHALL — A hit- and-run incident reported at 5:23 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
