MARSHALL — A 20-year-old man was cited for not obeying a traffic signal at 5:46 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West College Drive and Marvin Schwan Memorial Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 28-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 11:22 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A public disturbance was reported at 7:16 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Second Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 34-year-old woman was arrested for theft and giving an officer a false name at 6:19 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Minneota Police in an incident at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday, the Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 17-year-old girl was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 3:46 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Paris Road, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 1:32 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of First Street and East Elm Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A hit- and-run incident reported at 12:23 p.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A school bus stop arm violation was reported at 11:54 a.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of North Madison Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Identity theft reported at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Carrow Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 4:04 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East College Drive and Jewett Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
