MARSHALL — A 48-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man were cited for shoplifting at 8:13 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Assault was reported at 5:42 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of East Fifth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 2:10 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Fourth Street and Harvey Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 42-year-old man was cited for driving after cancellation in an incident at 1:54 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Main Street and Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious vehicle was reported at 2:51 a.m. Sunday on the 800 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 25-year-old man was arrested for DUI, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, and not having insurance at 12:57 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 1:37 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A possible violation of an order for protection reported at 11:07 a.m. Saturday on the 2700 block of Lochland Hills Drive is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — Theft was reported at 10:40 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Fourth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A 34-year-old man suffered an accidental shooting injury while hunting in Lyon County on Saturday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. The incident was reported at 5:37 p.m. Saturday on the 2100 block of Lyon County Road 7. The man’s identity was not released, but the Sheriff’s Office said the man received non life-threatening injuries.
