MARSHALL — A 30-year-old man was arrested for DWI, not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, and open bottle at 10:05 p.m. Sunday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Assault reported at 6:44 p.m. Sunday on Pearl Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A family matter was reported at 6:36 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of East First Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

GARVIN — A 19-year-old man was cited for unsafe passing in a traffic incident at 5:07 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A hit-and-run incident reported at 4:10 p.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of Boxelder Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of property damage charges against a juvenile female in an incident at 11:48 a.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of Cheryl Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of charges against a 27-year-old man in a hit and run incident at 8:30 a.m. Sunday on the 900 block of North Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — Harassment reported at 8:20 p.m. Saturday on the 900 block of Third Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — A 36-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 5:25 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of 190th Street and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — A noise complaint was reported at 3:41 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Fourth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA — A suspicious incident was reported at 12:39 p.m. Friday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON — Auto theft reported at 11:53 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of South Railroad Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
