COTTONWOOD — A 45-year-old woman was arrested for DWI and failing to signal a turn at 9:48 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 22, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 21-year-old driver was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and displaying another vehicle’s license plates, in a traffic incident at 8:34 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Lochland Hills Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. A passenger in the vehicle, a 48-year-old man, was cited for open bottle, the Sheriff’s Office said.

LYND — Criminal sexual conduct reported at 8:33 a.m. Thursday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — A warrant pickup was reported at 7:29 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
