IVANHOE -- A driver who was allegedly traveling at speeds of over 100 miles per hour on Minnesota Highway 19 earlier this month was charged with reckless driving, Lincoln County court records said.
Court records said Zoe Ann Ruschmeier, 18, of Glencoe, pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, and petty misdemeanor charges of speeding.
According to a citation from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, a 2011 Chevrolet Impala driven by Ruschmeier was allegedly caught on radar as traveling at speeds of 118 miles per hour on Highway 19 in the early hours of Oct. 5. The speed limit on Highway 19 is 60 miles per hour.
Bond or cash bail for Ruschmeier was set at $1,000 without conditions, or release with conditions that she appear in court and do no unlawful driving.
A hearing date was set for Nov. 10, court records said.
