MARSHALL — A 20-year-old man was cited for a hands-free device violation and marijuana possession at 1:55 a.m. Monday at the intersection of East Main Street and North Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 41-year-old woman was cited for not having proof of insurance at 8:29 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Main Street and North Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft reported at 8:18 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of West College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Trespassing was reported at 2:39 a.m. Sunday on Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

GHENT — A 39-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault at 7:24 p.m. Saturday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

LYND — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of assault charges against a juvenile male in an incident at 4:31 p.m. Saturday on the 600 block of West Railroad Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
