MARSHALL — A 32-year-old man was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana in a traffic incident at 6:32 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and West James Avenue, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 34-year-old man was arrested for drug and drug paraphernalia possession, and driving after revocation, in a traffic incident at 12:05 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Minnesota Highway 23 and South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A girls’ style bicycle reported found at 8:33 p.m. Monday at the intersection of South 10th Street and West Main Street was taken to storage, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 2:45 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Fourth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — An 86-year-old man was cited for a seatbelt violation in a traffic incident at 1:46 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft of a laptop reported at 12:32 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
RUSSELL — An incident reported at 5:53 p.m. Monday on the 1700 block of Minnesota Highway 91 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
