BALATON — A 66-year-old man was cited for driving after cancellation in a traffic incident at 9:53 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Eastbay Avenue and U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — Theft reported at 4:26 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 24-year-old man was cited for a hands-free device violation at 3:12 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 28-year-old man was arrested on a Lyon County warrant at 2:13 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a property damage accident at 10:04 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
GHENT — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 9:34 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of East Burlingame Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. No injuries were reported, the Sheriff’s Office said.
