MINNEOTA — A suspicious incident was reported at 4:17 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of East First Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 12:29 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Country Club Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — A 53-year-old man was arrested for making terroristic threats, trespassing, disorderly conduct, property damage and obstructing legal process in an incident at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday on North Lake Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 69-year-old woman was arrested for DWI in connection with a two-vehicle crash reported at 6:57 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Bruce Street and East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

MARSHALL — Bicycle theft reported at 6:46 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 11:29 a.m. Tuesday on Park Circle is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
