COTTONWOOD — A 31-year-old man was cited for speeding at 1:50 p.m. Monday at the intersection of 350th Street and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 40-year-old man was cited for speeding at 1:35 p.m. Monday at Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Check fraud reported at 11:34 a.m. Monday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A driver involved in a two-vehicle crash at 8:07 a.m. Monday on the 1400 block of Boyer Drive was cited for failure to yield the right of way, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported in the crash, Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12:21 a.m. Monday on the 1600 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
