MARSHALL — A 43-year-old woman was cited for not having proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 11:21 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Viking Drive and East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the Lyon County attorney’s office for consideration of property damage charges against a 31-year-old man in an incident at 8:53 p.m. Sunday on the 2600 block of Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. A boat trailer tire was damaged in the incident, the Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A violation of a domestic abuse no-contact order reported at 1:10 p.m. Sunday on the 600 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — Burglary reported at 12:30 p.m. Sunday on the 2100 block of 330th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — Vandalism was reported at 7:38 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of Fourth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
TRACY — A scam was reported at 3:11 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of 10th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
