MARSHALL -- A report was sent to the county attorney's office for consideration of domestic assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing legal process charges against a juvenile male, in connection with an incident at 8:23 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Mill Street, Marshall Police said.
