MARSHALL — A 25-year-old man was cited for speeding in an incident reported at 6:07 p.m. Thursday at 280th Avenue and Minnesota Highway 19, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — An 86-year-old man was cited for no seatbelt in an incident reported at 9:39 a.m. Thursday at East College Drive and Sunrise Lane, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 57-year-old man was cited for no seatbelt in an incident reported at 10:11 a.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 21-year-old man was cited for no seatbelt in an incident reported at 10:39 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 42-year-old woman was cited for a hands-free violation in an incident reported at 10:56 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 40-year-old woman was cited for a hands-free violation in an incident reported at 1:43 p.m. Thursday at East Main Street and G Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A motor vehicle taillight was broken by an unknown motor vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 10:45 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Marvin Schwan Memorial Drive, Marshall Police said. The matter is under investigation, Police said.

MARSHALL — A 34-year-old woman was arrested for second degree assault with a dangerous weapon, fifth degree drug possession and terroristic threats at 9:03 p.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A public disturbance was reported at 8:41 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Fourth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

BALATON — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 4:37 p.m. Thursday at Lyon County Road 5 and Jean Road, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. There were no injuries, and one vehicle was towed, the sheriff’s department said.
