MARSHALL — Theft of a laptop reported at 7:45 a.m. Friday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 8:58 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said.
