Crime for March 4

MARSHALL — A 39-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation, failure to drive with due care, failure to provide proof of insurance, and marijuana possession, in connection with a single-vehicle crash at 6:34 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of North Bruce Street, Marshall Police said. There were no injuries reported in the crash, Police said.

MINNEOTA — A suspicious incident was reported at 5:57 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of East Second Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD — A 47-year-old man was arrested for driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, in a traffic incident reported at 10:54 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Auto theft reported at 10:28 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Timberlane Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 36-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation at 7:23 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 220th Street and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

LYND — A 16-year-old boy was cited for speeding at 12:37 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
