TRACY — A 32-year-old woman was cited for driving after revocation, and possession of a small amount of marijuana, in a traffic incident at 5:14 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of 170th Street and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Spray paint on a building reported at 2:42 p.m. Sunday on the 1100 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 64-year-old man was arrested for violating a harassment restraining order at 1:47 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Lyon Street and Whitney Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A boys’ style bicycle reported found at 11:03 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of East Main Street was taken to storage, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a hit-and- run incident at 7:07 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of West Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 12:22 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An 18-year-old man was cited for not having proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 10:13 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 6 and Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

GARVIN — A 62-year-old man was cited for illegal passing at 5:13 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of 140th Street and U.S Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
