MARSHALL — An 18-year-old woman was cited for a hands-free device violation at 5:02 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

TYLER — Two people, a 38-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman, were cited for giving a false name and date of birth to a law enforcement officer in a traffic incident at 8:45 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 51 and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 12:18 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of East Second street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A vehicle driven by a 65-year-old man slid into a light pole in a property damage accident at 8:52 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Lyon Street and Nuese Lane, Marshall Police said. The vehicle knocked over the light pole. No injuries were reported, Police said.
