TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 8:07 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of Elm Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 32-year-old man was arrested for DWI at 6:53 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Mustang Trail and Birch Street, Marshall Police said. The man was placed on a 12-hour hold, Police said.

MARSHALL — A school bus stop arm violation reported at 5:51 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Check fraud reported at 3:18 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
