MARSHALL — An 18-year-old woman turned herself in on a Yellow Medicine County warrant at 12:04 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An 18-year-old woman was cited for driving after revocation and failure to provide proof of insurance at 10:42 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Birch Street and Mustang Trail, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 28-year-old man turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant at 9:54 p.m. Monday at the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office assisted Tracy Police with a domestic incident at 9:07 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of East First Street, the Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Theft reported at 4:10 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 25-year-old man was arrested for controlled substance DUI, violating release conditions and driving after revocation at 3:43 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A boys’ style bicycle reported found at 2:31 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Boxelder Street and Hudson Avenue was taken to storage, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — An incident reported at 8:20 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Mound Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A vehicle struck a pole at 10:18 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East College drive, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
