MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of coercion and threats to inflict harm charges against two men, ages 25 and 18, in connection with an incident at 1:43 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 44-year-old man was arrested on a Lyon County warrant at 11:31 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West Marshall Street and North Third Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — Criminal sexual conduct reported at 2:27 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Lindsay Drive is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MINNEOTA — Property damage was reported at 2:09 p.m. Tuesday on the 700 block of North Madison Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — A threat was reported at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday on the 700 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Kossuth Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
