Crime for Sept. 27

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 21, was cited for driving without a license in an incident reported at 10:41 p.m. Saturday on the 400 block of North Seventh Street, Marshall Police said. He was booked into the Lyon County Jail pending bail or court, Police said. An informational report was sent to Southwest Health and Human Services, Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the Lyon County attorney’s office for consideration of disorderly conduct charges against two juvenile females, in connection with an incident reported at 9:10 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of North Bruce Street, Marshall Police said. The two juveniles were released to parents or guardians, Police said.

MARSHALL — A public disturbance reported at 7:35 p.m. Friday on the 400 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 30, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant at 6:27 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Kendall Street and South Sixth Street, Marshall Police said. He was held for court in the Lyon County Jail, Police said. A report was sent to the Lyon County attorney’s office for consideration of charges of fourth degree assault and obstructing legal process, Police said.

MARSHALL — A Cottonwood man, 41, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant at 4:59 p.m. Friday at the intersection of North Bruce Street and East Fairview Street, Marshall Police said. He was held for court in the Lyon County Jail, Police said.

MARSHALL — Threats reported at 8:56 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of North Third Street are under investigation, Marshall Police said.
