MARSHALL — Criminal sexual conduct reported at 12:22 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Criminal sexual conduct was reported at 9:47 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 26-year-old woman was cited for a hands-free device violation at 8:06 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of North Bruce Street and Poplar Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Credit card fraud reported at 6:56 p.m. Sunday on Pearl Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 29, was arrested for domestic assault and held for court in an incident at 10:36 a.m. Sunday on the 700 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — Theft of money reported at 6:28 a.m. Saturday on the 200 block of Third Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

BALATON — An incident reported at 11:44 p.m. Friday on the 2000 block of 150th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 49-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 11:44 p.m. Friday at the intersection of South Saratoga Street and South Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

BALATON — An incident reported at 11:03 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of North Washington Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — An 18-year-old man was cited for speeding at 7:13 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 170th Street and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — A 29-year-old woman was cited for driving after cancellation at 6:21 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Sixth Street and Craig Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 3:33 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of Elm Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A collision involving a bicycle and a motor vehicle was reported at 7:42 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Deschepper Street and East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

BALATON — A single-vehicle rollover crash was reported at 5:07 a.m. Monday on the 2000 block of Lyon County Road 2, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. The driver of the vehicle was evaluated by emergency medical services, but not transported to a hospital, the Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 2011 Dodge driven by a Marshall man, 64, collided with a parked 2009 Ford at 3:48 p.m. Saturday on the 600 block of South First Street, Marshall Police said.
